Can I order a royal portrait of someone else, as a gift?
Yes. Upload a clear photo of them, with their permission, choose a style and approve the preview yourself. A print or canvas can be delivered straight to their address, with free shipping, or you can send the Digital Artwork by email.
Can my dog or cat be in the portrait with me?
Yes. Choose Person + Pet: one person and their companion together in one portrait, from one photo of you both or two separate photos. Couple portraits are for two partners, family portraits for three or four.
Which style should I choose?
Every style works for anyone: velvet, ermine and gold in Royal Court, silks and pearls in Noble Lady, gold braid in Military Commander. Your first preview is free, and you can try up to 3 more times for each portrait, in the same style or another.
How is the portrait created?
Your portrait is created digitally from your photo, using generative imaging guided by the period style you choose. It is then refined for detail and prepared at full print resolution (300 pixels per inch) for your exact size, and printed to order by our production partner. It is not painted by hand. How long does delivery take, and is shipping free?
Production takes 3 to 5 business days, then most Standard orders arrive within 7 to 14 business days in total. Shipping is free on every print and canvas, to every country we deliver to.
